Barry is a senior solicitor whose practice is focused on residential and commercial real estate. Barry has practiced for more than 50 years in Surrey. He is practical, result-oriented, and detailed. Many of Barry’s clients have been with him through much of his career. Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Barry is a third generation Chinese Canadian. His practice areas also include: business transactions, commercial leasing, commercial real estate acquisitions, corporate services, land assembly, lending and secured transactions.
